GENERAL RESTRICTIONS
• Only two guests per cabin
• A two-night minimum reservation is generally required
• A one-night reservation may not be made more than seven days in advance
• Fridays and Saturdays must be rented together, NO exceptions
• SUNDAY CHECK-INS REQUIRE A SEVEN-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY
HOLIDAY BOOKING RESTRICTIONS
• Easter Sunday April 20 is available, but only if booked with Friday & Saturday and will be charged a rate of $155. No Easter Sunday Check-Ins
• SIU Graduation Weekend, May 9 & 10, 2014 will be charged at a rate of $195 per night
• Memorial Day weekend requires a three-night minimum: Friday, Saturday & Sunday; May 24, 25 & 26 and will be charged a rate of $155 per night
• The Independence Day holiday requires a four-night minimum: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday; July 3, 4, 5 & 6 and will be charged a rate of $155 per night
• Labor Day weekend requires a three-night minimum: Friday, Saturday & Sunday; August 30, 31 & September 1 and will be charged a rate of $155 per night
• Columbus Day weekend requires a three-night minimum: Friday, Saturday & Sunday; October 11, 12 & 13 and will be charged a rate of $155 per night
• Mondays of Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends are available, but must be booked with the weekend. No Monday check-ins on Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.
• The Thanksgiving Holiday requires a two day minimum booking: Wednesday & Thursday and will be charged a rate of $155 per night
• The Christmas Holiday requires a three day minimum booking: December 23rd, 24th & 25th and will be charged a rate of $155 per night
• December 31 and January 1 must be rented together and will be charged a rate of $155 per night
